主要工作職責

  • 領導PM團隊,主導系統級工業顯示器、觸控螢幕及 AIoT 應用產品全生命周期管理,包括概念設計、EE/ME/Software/AI 系統整合研發、測試、量產與上市。
  • 整合硬體、軟體與 AI 團隊,確保系統級設計與產品品質達標。
  • 制定產品 roadmap,支援公司產品策略與市場布局,推動創新技術導入。
  • 評估及管理供應商,掌握 70~80% 外購零組件關係與成本。
  • 支援 GTM 策略,協助業務推動市場進入與通路操作。
  • 參與 KA 專案管理,建立與國際客戶的長期合作關係。
  • 持續追蹤市場需求、AIoT 技術與競品分析,提出產品差異化與創新建議。
  • 確保產品符合工業標準、耐用性及使用者體驗需求。

必要條件

  • 具 EE、ME、Software 及 AI 系統級研發背景,擁有完整產品開發經驗。
  • 至少 8 年產品開發經驗,且 3 年以上團隊管理經驗。
  • 熟悉產品開發管理流程與 roadmap 規劃。
  • 熟悉供應鏈管理與外購零組件成本控制。
  • 具業務與通路操作經驗,能管理 KA 專案及國際客戶。
  • 英文精通,可進行跨國溝通與報告。
  • 細心,具跨部門協作能力與專案管理經驗。

加分條件

  • 熟悉美國市場或國際工業顯示器市場運作。
  • 具 GTM 策略規劃與市場行銷知識。
  • 有 AIoT 應用或客製化顯示器專案經驗。
  • 了解工業環境耐用標準(IP65/IP67、IK07/IK08、防反射、低功耗等)。
  • 具 AI 系統導入、機器學習或影像處理相關專案經驗。
  • 曾領導跨國團隊或多領域產品整合專案經驗。
