Key Responsibilities

  1. Demand Planning & S&OP

  2. Consolidate and analyze sales forecasts at customer and SKU levels

  3. Lead monthly demand consensus meetings with commercial teams

  4. Support SAP/IBP forecast loading and S&OP tool updates

  5. Supply Planning

  6. Calculate supply plans based on validated forecasts

  7. Manage purchase validations and shipping schedules

  8. Collaborate with PO and vendor management teams

  9. Inventory Management

  10. Monitor turnover, stock accuracy, and obsolescence

  11. Coordinate with merchandisers and sales teams to balance supply and demand

  12. Order Processing

  13. Ensure timely and accurate order entry and fulfillment

  14. Resolve order-related issues and streamline workflows

  15. Logistics & Warehouse Oversight

  16. Supervise warehouse operations and implement best practices

  17. Track KPIs including picking accuracy and space utilization

  18. Ensure compliance with internal and customer policies

  19. Sales Administration

  20. Deliver monthly inventory and S&OP reports

  21. Maintain accurate customer and product master data

  22. Process sales orders and invoices efficiently

  23. Team Leadership & Development

  24. Lead and mentor a regional operations team

  25. Set performance goals and foster a culture of collaboration

  26. Workflow Digitalization

  27. Partner with HQ and IT teams on digital initiatives (EDI, eComm backend)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong demand planning with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations
