Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Company: SATZUMA LTD (UK-based Trading Company)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager to handle end-to-end supply chain activities. This role will focus on procurement, supplier management, logistics coordination, financial tracking, and product support, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Supplier Management

  • Manage customer order platforms.
  • Negotiate prices for new and existing items with suppliers.
  • Place purchase orders and follow up on production lead times and updates.
  • Manage product details
  • Update incoming inventory in real time.

Logistics

  • Arrange material deliveries in China.
  • Plan container loading and cost estimates.
  • Manage shipments in China: booking, vessel schedules, customs.
  • Solve issues if goods are delayed and rearrange shipping plans.
  • Estimate shipping values for reports and customs documentation.

Finance & Documentation

  • Check and summarize invoices and bills.
  • Track payments, deposits, and balances.
  • Manage cash flow and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Review shipping and receiving records to ensure accuracy.

Product Management (Off-season Support)

  • Assist product management team with coordination tasks.
  • Provide support in preparing documentation, manuals, or packaging when required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Familiarity with international trade, customs, and shipping documentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel or supply chain management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle unexpected logistics challenges.
  • English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary negotiable, contracted Pay: OTE NT$1M(Based+ KPI+ Bonus) subject to work experience and skills set.
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (3–6 months probation).

主要職責:

  • 下採購單並跟進生產交期與進度。
  • 管理產品細節。
  • 即時更新到貨庫存資訊。

物流管理

  • 安排中國當地物料配送。
  • 規劃櫃型裝載與費用預估。
  • 負責中國出貨(訂艙、船期、海關)。
  • 若貨物延誤,及時調整與重排出貨計畫。
  • 預估運輸費用並提供報表及報關所需資料。

財務與文件管理

  • 核對與彙整發票與帳單。
  • 與會計團隊合作,追蹤付款、訂金與尾款。
  • 管理現金流,修正帳務錯誤。
  • 核查進出口單據與收發貨紀錄。

產品管理(淡季支援)

  • 協助產品管理團隊處理文件、包裝或手冊相關事宜。
  • 提供其他臨時專案支援。

條件要求:

  • 具備 5 年以上採購、物流或供應鏈相關經驗。
  • 擅長與供應商、貨代進行談判與溝通。
  • 熟悉國際貿易、報關與出貨文件流程。
  • 熟練 Excel與相關供應鏈系統。
  • 具備良好的問題解決能力,能應對突發的物流狀況。
  • 基本英文溝通能力,會中文更佳。
  • 能同時處理多項任務,並能在壓力下工作。

薪資與福利:

  • 薪資面議, Contracted Pay: 年薪總額預估可達新台幣 100 萬(含底薪、績效考核獎金與其他獎金),實際金額將依照工作經驗與技能組合而定
  • 上班時間:10:00 AM – 6:30 PM(試用期 3–6 個月)。
