NPI Supply Chain

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
• Serve as the primary contact for material support during NPI stages, leading internal and external discussions on supply chain issues that may impact project timelines.
• Oversee material readiness for PCBA sub-tiers, server/rack-level components, and manufacturing fixtures.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and cross-functional teams on specifications and material-related topics throughout NPI phases.
• Prepare and present regular CTB reports to project stakeholders and external customers; drive inventory control and E&O claims.
• Review BOMs to identify and escalate sourcing challenges; proactively partner with sourcing teams and vendors to mitigate risks.
• Monitor and manage budgets and NRE costs from a supply chain perspective during NPI development.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
※ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years related purchasing/supply chain experience. NPI project management experience is PLUS.
※ Great business communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
※ Strategic thinking and solution-oriented, ability to work under pressure.
※ Proven negotiation skills and solid knowledge of production and scheduling
processes.
※ Ability to work in dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced, challenging environment.
※ Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
