Program Manager, Spares Supply Chain and Analytics, Supply Chain Planning

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.

• 5 years of experience within supply chain in spares, demand and supply planning, fulfillment, and inventory and operations management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to weigh risks and opportunities against desired outcomes.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Supply Chain Operations plays a critical role in sustaining our Technical Infrastructure fleet. As a Program Manager for Spares and Analytics, you will be responsible for spares planning, execution, and driving process improvements in our supply chain. You will work closely with Material Planning, NPI, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Hardware Operation, and Data Center Software teams to develop and oversee the execution of the spares strategies that directly support Google's rapidly growing hardware infrastructure.

As a spares planner, you will contribute supply chain spares strategies to meet our service level agreements for data center uptime while optimizing inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess and obsolescence (E&O). You'll implement best practices to ensure on time delivery through the full product lifecycle. You will collaborate internally with the NPI team to enable seamless, efficient product transitions. You will establish and drive metrics, all in the pursuit of operational excellence.

• Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute spares strategies, analytics, and reverse flow processes that enable sustainment of leading edge technology to power our global data centers. Act as a leading team member in the development of spares strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Enable on-time and predictable delivery of materials to all points of consumption.
  
• Partner with Finance and Inventory Management to enable cost optimization and awareness through sustaining product transitions, inventory planning, and E&O.
• Actively partner with our NPI team to ensure seamless production ramp on innovative new technologies into our global data center fleet.
• Contribute to supply chain designs to enable scalable supply chain models in a dynamic product and supply base environment. Enable process improvements and tool development for the ongoing evolution of our team.
