Payments on behalf of Black Box to utilities & services like Electricity, telephone bills, customs duties, purchase VAT, courier fees, etc Local banking services (check deposits, remittance confirmations, tax payments, etc. Office General Affairs - Stationery, cleaning supplies, shopping for the Ghost Festival, in the company affairs office Understanding of Taiwan customs regulations related to import & exports & to address any queries from TW customs that needs additional details or to support in case of escalations. Annual income tax filing Support VAT Return filing

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • A bachelor's degree is minimum.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer coordination, Supply Chain Management
  • SAP S4 Hana experience is a must.
  • Good knowledge of general Administration and internal controls.
  • Proven Experience in ensuring smooth delivery of operations
  • Proficient in MS office particularly Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking (written and oral).
  • Proven skills on driving Customer satisfaction.
