Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage data warehouse to serve as the single source of truth for the organization
  • Develop and deploy low-latency, real-time data streaming pipelines
  • Enable self-service analytics by building clean, well-documented, and trusted datasets
  • Establish and follow data governance and security best practices
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools and techniques

Qualifications

  • Certified Data Analyst (CDA) certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in data analysis or business intelligence roles
  • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, Spark, Flink or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience in [industry, e.g., fintech, blockchain, technology] is a plus
