Position: Supply Chain Asset Protection Manager

The Supply Chain Asset Protection manager will help protecting Coupang assets and operations in Taiwan by reviewing incidents and identify loss and violations of the company policies and procedures in Taiwan.

The Supply Chain Asset Protection manager must have a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, security operations, data analysis, interview skills and report writing.

This position will report to the Head of Security & Loss Prevention, Taiwan.

Key job responsibilities

• Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by product theft patterns and trends within the supply chain.
• Take investigation initiative based on established procedures. Document those actions. Establish escalation paths to ensure resolution when needed.
• Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations. Respond to and timely document product theft. Produce high-quality reports answering "the 5 Ws and H" and identifying root causes.
• Review loss data reports weekly and help create exception analysis reports based on previously identified methods.
• Create and present the Asset Protection Report for review during the Monthly Business Review call.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders within Coupang, including but not limited to Legal & Compliance, ICQA, Operations and Finance.
• Experienced in the internet space and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
• Be prepared to be flexible with working hours, including weekend.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (master's degree preferred) in Business, Security, Finance, Criminal Law, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in asset protection, supply chain and/or data analysis,
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin,
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Solid working knowledge of current security technologies, supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently, to make complex investigation decisions, and to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations within Taiwan.
