About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in hygiene and safety solutions for professional environments. It provides innovative products and systems that help businesses maintain clean, efficient, and compliant workplaces. They are now looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee their business in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and market share in the consumer sector.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful product launches.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate marketing guidelines and goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape in Taiwan and Hong Kong
  • Partner with global and regional teams to uncover end-user insights and identify untapped market opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, Healthcare, or Food industries, including at least 2 years in a B2B environment.
  • Trade marketing experience is a plus with strong data analysis as well as high learning agility
  • Proven success in leading brand-driven, integrated marketing programs.
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and setting clear priorities.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective collaborator across diverse, global, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
