What You'll Do
- Drive the acquisition of small and medium-sized enterprise clients by developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that achieve ambitious topline targets.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance across multiple channels including paid search, organic search, display advertising, social media platforms, and lead providers.
- Develop detailed action plans based on data-driven insights, reporting key ratios and organisational methods to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage both internal talent such as digital marketing specialists and external partners including agencies and call centres to ensure access to top-tier resources.
- Foster close collaboration between Marketing and Sales teams by aligning strategies through regular meetings and seamless end-to-end process knowledge sharing.
- Coach, train, and develop team members while nurturing a high-performance culture focused on rapid sales growth and outstanding client satisfaction.
- Design and implement demand generation campaigns in partnership with telesales leaders and web sales teams to maximise lead generation effectiveness.
- Oversee campaign management processes including cold calling operations, prospect database mapping, KPI identification, CRM integration, marketing automation initiatives, and continuous database improvement.
- Optimise customer experience across all digital touchpoints by industrialising lead generation processes, automating workflows, monitoring retention campaigns, analysing churn predictors, and enhancing loyalty initiatives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities using advanced analytics tools to challenge assumptions and drive return on investment.
What You Bring
- At least 10 years' proven experience in digital marketing roles with responsibility for managing substantial operational marketing budgets within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to plan ahead operationally with strong organisational skills that enable you to adapt quickly during periods of peak activity or unexpected events.
- A highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail when evaluating campaign performance metrics such as CPL (Cost per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), ROI (Return on Investment), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), payback periods, churn rates, etc.
- Experience recruiting top talent internally (e.g., digital marketing specialists) as well as managing relationships with external agencies or call centres for campaign execution support.
- Proficiency in fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams—especially Marketing and Sales—to ensure strategic alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Track record of successfully implementing operational action plans derived from broader strategic objectives within fast-evolving environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of paid search (AdWords), organic search (SEO/SEA), Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), Display Advertising Networks, LinkedIn Campaigns, retargeting techniques, lead provider partnerships.
- Hands-on expertise in campaign monitoring using dashboards/tools such as Salesforce; practical experience with lead nurturing via platforms like HubSpot is essential.
- Familiarity with call centre/telesales management tools for optimising outbound/inbound lead operations as part of integrated marketing efforts.
- Fluency in Chinese with strong command of English communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement across local/global teams.
