What You'll Do
As a Project Management Team Lead based in Taipei, you will play a central role in orchestrating the successful delivery of innovative digital health projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve guiding your team through complex challenges while fostering an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional groups—ranging from engineers to designers—to ensure each initiative progresses smoothly from planning through execution.   • Guide and support a team of 4–5 project managers by offering clear direction, coaching, and encouragement to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Coordinate resources across various departments including product management, engineering, design, data analytics, and operations to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Establish and continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability throughout the organisation.
  • Monitor ongoing project progress closely by identifying potential risks or issues early on and implementing effective corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders regarding project status, milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and overall outcomes.

  • At least seven years of hands-on experience managing projects with two to three years spent in a supervisory or leadership capacity is required.
  • Proven track record in successfully handling multiple concurrent projects; prior exposure to PMO functions or cross-functional programme management is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaborative leadership style that fosters teamwork and mutual respect among colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Mandarin Chinese and English are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall with adaptability to select the most suitable approach per situation.
  • Industry background in digital products development, SaaS platforms or health technology sectors would be particularly advantageous for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights for tracking progress evaluating outcomes and driving continuous improvement across projects.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum Master are considered valuable assets for candidates applying for this role.
