This is your opportunity to take a pivotal marketing role, based in the heart of Asia's semiconductor industry. You will be based in the Ecolab office with our local team in either Taiwan or South Korea, working shoulder-to-shoulder with commercial and technical colleagues. We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our advanced solutions for the APAC region. You will be a vital part of a distributed Ecolab APAC marketing team, collaborating closely with peers in other countries to achieve regional success.
A key aspect of your role will be to act as a bridge, translating successful
innovations
(new products) and marketing strategies across the region and contributing to their global implementation. Reporting to the Director of Marketing (based in the USA), you will have high visibility and the autonomy to make a significant impact on our business.
What You Will Do
Market Mastery & Go-to-Market Strategy:
Become the go-to expert on the APAC semiconductor market, deeply understanding customer needs, industry trends, and competitive movements to identify immediate opportunities.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable go-to-market strategies and compelling value propositions that differentiate our products in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and own the marketing plan for your focus areas, setting clear objectives for new product revenue and presenting your strategy to global leadership.
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Sales Enablement:
Lead regional launch campaigns for Ecolab's newest products, managing the process from pre-launch to post-launch analysis to ensure rapid market adoption.
- Craft and deploy powerful sales enablement tools—including presentations, technical collateral, and competitive analysis—that equip our sales team to win with new technology.
Develop sharp, effective product messaging and positioning for all new introductions, ensuring clarity and impact for a technical audience.
Drive Regional & Global Growth:
Translate and scale success: Identify and adapt marketing campaigns for new products that are successful in one country for rapid deployment across the broader APAC region, sharing insights and best practices with global teams.
- Collaborate daily with marketing counterparts in other APAC countries to share market intelligence, drive cohesive regional campaigns, and support mutual success.
- Serve as the key bridge between regional customers and Ecolab's global product teams to ensure our new product pipeline is tightly aligned with current market demands.

The ideal candidate is a blend of technical curiosity and marketing prowess, who thrives in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment and is skilled at turning complex concepts into clear customer benefits.
Core Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- A Bachelor's degree combined with 8+ years of experience in a marketing, product, or technical sales role within the semiconductor or microelectronics industry. (An MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience is also a great fit).
- A proven track record in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in developing and executing new product launch strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to connect with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Korean is highly preferred.
- A technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- A natural collaborator with experience working effectively in a distributed or international team.
- Experience managing projects and leading initiatives in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.
- A self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
