We're looking for an
HR Assistant Manager / HR Project Manager
who sees HR as both
structure and stewardship
— someone who can translate business growth into sustainable people systems.

This role partners closely with
R&D, medical, and operations teams
, supporting talent acquisition, capability building, and HR project execution in a science-driven organization.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning


• Partner with business leaders to plan workforce needs and identify key capability gaps


• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level and specialized roles

(R&D, biotech, manufacturing, QA/QC, product, medical, operations)


• Optimize job descriptions, recruitment strategies, interviews, and offer coordination

Learning & Talent Development


• Design onboarding and competency-based training aligned with business stages

(e.g., GMP, GLP, medical regulations, product knowledge)


• Support managers in career development conversations and people leadership


• Track training effectiveness and contribute to learning roadmap development

HR Projects & Process Excellence


• Improve and standardize HR processes (recruitment, interviews, training systems)


• Support performance management cycles (KPI / OKR / PIP) and talent reviews


• Act as HR Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure delivery
