Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and revise various types of contracts and agreements.
  2. Ensure regulatory compliance and provide legal advice on relevant matters.
  3. Participate in group-level or cross-functional projects and offer professional legal support.
  4. Handle corporate governance matters, including board meeting scheduling, documentation
  5. Handle other legal-related matters and tasks.
  6. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

1.Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to the financial or insurance industry.

2.Bachelor's degree or above in Law or related fields. Familiarity with insurance regulations is a plus.

3.English skills (written and reading), with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

4.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI productivity tools is a plus

5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a proactive self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

6.Certificate: Lawyer license preferred.
