Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

2.Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting updates to senior management.

3.Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.

4.Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in project management, preferably in finance or IT transformation projects.

3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.).

6.Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
