Description

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Plan and execute media leads acquisition campaigns, analyze the performance and develop optimization strategies to achieve the annual goal. 規劃及執行媒體名單蒐集活動,並進行活動的效益分析與優化策略,達成年度名單目標。
  2. Responsible for digital media operations, including audience targeting, creative material ideation, media tracking planning, and managing the customer digital journey, etc. 負責數位媒體行銷業務,從設定媒體受眾、創意素材發想、媒體追蹤規劃到客戶數位旅程經營等。
  3. Campaign P&L Management. 掌控行銷預算,確保符合效益。
  4. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required for marketing campaign operations. 針對行銷活動的需求,與內部團隊及外部廠商進行溝通與協調。
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of digital marketing experience in media lead acquisition campaigns. 至少三年以上名單蒐集活動之數位行銷經驗。
  2. Hands-on experience in managing ads across Google, Meta, LINE, and other major digital platforms. 熟悉 Google/Meta/LINE 等數位廣告平台,具實務操作經驗。
  3. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.  具備 SEO/SEM/內容行銷經驗。
  4. Experience working at a media agency or strong familiarity with media agency operations. 曾任職於媒體代理商,或熟悉媒體代理商之運作模式。
  5. Relevant experience in marketing and business operations within the financial or insurance industry. 具金融保險業之行銷或業務相關工作經驗。
  6. Strong communication skills, both internal and external. 具良好內外部溝通能力。
  7. Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of logical problem-solving. 具策略性思考與邏輯分析能力。
  8. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong execution capability. 細心謹慎、具良好執行力。
  9. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude. 具團隊合作精神與主動積極態度。
  10. Google or other digital-related certifications (preferred). 持有 Google 或其他數位相關證照者佳。
  11. Life insurance license (preferred). 具人壽保險業證照者佳。
