Established in 1987, Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) is a prominent joint-venture between Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, and Far Eastern New Century Group. Presently, ALFE boasts a workforce of over 780 employees and maintains a strong presence with 40 offices and plants located in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, as well as the major Science Parks across Taiwan, providing critical high-quality industrial gases, specialty gases, and advanced materials.

Within ALFE, the Air Liquide owned affiliate in Taiwan (the "Company"), the Legal Specialist will report directly to the Senior Legal Counsel of the Company.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Responsibilities of such legal Specialist range widely and may include, but are not limited to:

  • researching applicable laws and legal precedents in order to provide support to the Company's Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel; 10%

  • handling all corresponding formalities, administrative filings and chop requests; 20-30%

  • assisting the Corporate Secretary of the Company and other AL entities in Taiwan in filing and maintaining corporate registration, keeping board meetings/shareholders' meeting minutes and resolutions;5%

  • assisting in drafting and preparing legal documents such as motions, briefs, complaints, or pleadings based on  instructions of Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel; 10%

  • assisting in reviewing and drafting NDAs, commercial/procurement contracts. 45%

Are you a MATCH?
  • Graduated with a bachelor degree in law from a recognized university law faculty.

  • 1 to 3 years professional work experience.

  • Native-level fluency in Mandarin and fluency in English is preferred.
