We're seeking a
Product
Assurance
Specialist
to lead manual testing, write and maintain test cases, coordinate releases, and create documentation and tutorials. You'll ensure our web applications, APIs, and AI-powered features are
reliable, well-documented, and production-ready
, acting as the central point for QA and release readiness.

What You'll Do

  • Perform
    manual testing
    of Web applications, APIs, and AI outputs to identify bugs, edge cases, and usability issues.
  • Write, maintain, and execute
    test cases, test plans, and checklists
    , ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Act as the
    point person for releases
    , coordinating with developers and product teams to ensure features are production-ready.
  • Prepare and distribute
    release notes
    , documenting new features, bug fixes, and changes.
  • Create and update
    internal and external documentation
    , tutorials, and user guides for product features.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to
    reproduce, document, and verify bug fixes
    .
  • Maintain QA and documentation processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all releases.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in
    manual QA, product documentation, or product operations
    .
  • Strong experience in
    writing test cases, documentation, and release notes
    .
  • Experience testing
    web applications and APIs
    .
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
    .
  • Strong
    organizational skills
    and ability to manage multiple releases.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of
    taking ownership documentation processes
    .
  • Basic understanding of AI outputs Web Applications, or SaaS products is a plus.
