About the Role
We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Student Recruitment Manager for a 1-year fixed term to lead student recruitment efforts across multiple divisions and product lines within an assigned region or market cluster.
This role is responsible for driving balanced growth across all education pathways – managing the entire recruitment pipeline from enquiry to enrolment. The ideal candidate will blend strategic market engagement with hands-on recruitment activity, working closely with agents, schools, and internal stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Conversion
- Deliver enrolment targets across all Navitas divisions and products in assigned markets.
- Manage the complete student recruitment pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
- Provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reports covering all divisions.
- Conduct counselling and advisory sessions with students, parents, and partners across all products.
Market Engagement & Relationship Management
- Represent all Navitas divisions at education fairs, agent events, and school visits.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with agents, schools, and other key partners to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Support execution of broad regional campaigns and promotional activities.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, competitor trends, and partner feedback across all divisions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work collaboratively with divisional recruitment and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned market activity.
- Share insights and opportunities across divisions to maximize market potential.
- Partner with Global Marketing and Admissions to ensure seamless student experience.
Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate CRM data for all markets and partners.
- Monitor performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare divisional and regional forecasts and contribute to broader reporting requirements.
Financial & Operational Management
- Manage basic local activity and marketing spend within approved budgets.
- Support resource allocation for events, visits, and partner initiatives across products.
- Ensure compliance with Navitas' policies, data management, and ethical recruitment standards.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment or education sales.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse markets or products.
- Competence with CRM and reporting tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel regionally for events, partner meetings, and training.
