About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at PotisHunt, you will play a key role in driving executive search mandates across high-tech and advanced industries. You will partner closely with clients to understand business needs, identify and engage senior-level talent, and provide consultative insights that shape hiring strategies. This role suits someone with strong business acumen, a consultative mindset, and proven success in managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional and global clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-suites).
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping to advise on hiring strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process: role scoping, search strategy, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and engage high-caliber senior talent (both active and passive candidates).
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate motivations for long-term success.
  • Develop sector expertise in high-tech, power electronics, data center, AI, and related verticals.
  • Expand client portfolio through networking, referrals, and targeted business development.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, roundtables, and thought-leadership activities.

Requirements

  • 3 years of recruitment, executive search, or consulting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Proven track record in placing mid-to-senior level roles, ideally in high-tech or related industries.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
