Our Graduate Program is designed to give you the foundation to succeed as a professional recruiter through practical experience, coaching, and structured training.

From day one, you'll take part in a development program covering all aspects of recruitment — from attracting candidates and generating leads to client engagement and negotiation.

Alongside a competitive starting salary and benefits package, you'll receive ongoing guidance from a dedicated supervisor, regular feedback, and access to a mentorship program to support your professional development.

  4. Upon successful completion, successful candidates will be offered a place in the NESF Graduate Program with a permanent Associate Recruitment Consultant role.

  • You're a recent university graduate and looking for a rewarding career – applicants with 0-2 years post grad experience are welcome to apply.
  • You're based in Taipei or willing to relocate.
  • You're ambitious, enthusiastic and have a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Are willing to learn and aim to progress in your career.
  • Naturally able to develop strong relationships.
