Role Overview



Oversees strategic recruiting and employer branding initiatives for RFC.

What You Will Do 

Develop and execute RFC's talent acquisition strategy

Build and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

Lead hiring for senior and specialized roles

Design and improve interview and evaluation processes

Analyze recruiting performance and provide insights

Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs

Manage external channels and employer branding campaigns
