About General Administration Team

在公司快速成長到全球市場時,營運團隊擔任各個團隊的重要後盾,依據營運戰略,協助研究相關延伸財務、法務議題來預測應對可能發生的問題,幫助公司擁有足夠的專業資訊及資源往海外發展,並協助提供最棒的環境及支援給每個團隊成員,讓其他團隊無後顧之憂的專注在任務中,是公司快速成長的重要基石。

About the Role

作為「營運行政小幫手」,您會是營運團隊的重要成員,不斷優化現有流程,以最有效率的方式處理例行性工作,提供有溫度且舒適的工作環境;您將有機會參與營運團隊多元面相的任務,協助做更有效率的庶務管理,包括優化目前的辦公室管理、人事行政管理等從小至大的行政工作,不斷增進工作的效率,推進AmazingTalker團隊的成長。

Responsibilities
  • 協助處理、優化庶務性行政工作(如:信件收發、接待訪客...等)

  • 協助營運團隊各式資料核對、歸檔及整理

  • 辦公室環境維護及物品設備管理

  • 日常例行採購與上架(如:訂購晚餐、零食...等)

  • 跨部門工作支援、專案協助( 如:公司福利、校園招募宣傳、人事行政庶務、IPO前資料核對等專案)

  • 協助籌辦公司各項活動( 如:慶生會、各式節慶活動等)

  1. 有責任心、耐心:對自己的任務負責任,做事認真細心,對細節把關有所要求,且有耐心能面對較繁瑣的作業流程,並從中思考如何優化流程
  2. 好的時間管理能力:能夠在眾多事務中判斷優先順序,將事情有條理的一步一步完成,並以有效率地將交辦的事項在時限內完成。
  3. 積極且開放的態度:喜歡嘗試各種可能性,積極反應觀察到的問題,並勇於主動提出不同的解決方案,同時抱有開放態度,樂於接受各方意見。

  • 良好的英文能力。
應徵事項
  • 工作類型:兼職,長期配合(6個月以上為佳)。
  • 工作時間:週一到週五 10:30~18:30,一週配合 3 天為佳。
  • 計薪方式:時薪 NTD 。
  • 如果能夠融入團隊協作且表現良好,有機會續約或轉正。
