職缺名稱: 商品入庫管理專員
主要職責
1.產品資料驗證:負責處理進倉貨物並解決產品資訊不符的問題,例如圖片缺失、圖片錯誤,以及產品名稱與系統紀錄不符。
2.品質控管:調查並確認產品實體有效期限與系統紀錄不一致的狀況。您需逐一審核差異,並判斷是否需要進行系統校正。
3.問題解決:分析每項問題的根本原因,並實施糾正措施,以維持資料準確性並預防未來錯誤。
4.跨部門協作:與物流中心(FC)及其他團隊密切合作,優化入庫流程,確保所有產品資訊在進貨的第一時間即為準確。

必要技能
1.基本技能:具備MS EXCEL/ GOOGLE WORK SPACE 建立/維護技能 。
2.資料驗證能力:具備仔細核對產品名稱、圖片與有效期限等資料的專業能力。
3.解決問題能力:能夠獨立分析並解決資料不符或系統錯誤等問題。
4.溝通協調能力:能與物流中心及其他跨部門團隊有效溝通,以確保流程順暢。
5.細心與準確性:具備高度的細心與對資料的敏銳度,能精準執行資料驗證與系統操作。

加分技能
1.流程優化經驗:具備優化或改善資料管理流程的相關經驗。
2.專案管理經驗:具備小型專案管理或跨部門協作專案的經驗。
3.供應鏈相關經驗:有供應鏈管理、採購或相關領域工作經驗。
