職缺名稱: 產品資料管理專員 (Associate, Catalog Operation)
主要職責
1.供應商管理與產品關聯:負責新增供應商的系統設定,並確保每個供應商都能正確地與其負責的產品關聯。
2.成本與稅務更新:執行產品成本(COGS)和稅率的系統調整,確保資料準確無誤。
3.主要供應商維護:定期更新並確保每種產品都已指定正確的主要供應商。
4.資料驗證與系統執行:與業務經理密切合作,核對並驗證產品資訊(特別是價格),確保其準確性後,在SKU管理系統中執行變更。
5.品質管控與審核:執行系統變更後的內部審核,確認所有更新皆已正確實施,並撰寫系統結案摘要,以供後續記錄與稽核。


必要技能
1.資料處理能力:熟悉Microsoft Office及Google Sheets 等工具,並能熟練運用篩選、樞紐分析表等功能進行資料處理。
2.細心與準確性:具備高度的細心與對資料的敏銳度,能精確執行資料驗證與系統操作。
3.溝通協調能力:能有效與業務經理及其他跨部門團隊溝通,確保資訊傳遞順暢。
4.獨立作業能力:能獨立完成各項任務,並具備解決問題的能力。
5.邏輯思維:具備邏輯清晰的思維,能理解並執行複雜的資料管理流程。


加分技能
1.資料庫知識:具備SQL或相關資料庫操作經驗。
2.流程優化經驗:具備優化或改善資料管理流程的相關經驗。
3.專案管理經驗:具備小型專案管理或跨部門協作專案的經驗。
4.供應鏈相關經驗:有供應鏈管理、採購或相關領域工作經驗。
