【Position Summary】

Leads the project department team to ensure the successful implementation of

sustainability and carbon asset projects, achieving project goals in alignment with

company and client expectations.

【Key Responsibilities】

Team Leadership and Project Management

Train and manage project team members to foster professional growth and teamwork.

Plan and monitor multiple sustainability projects to ensure quality control and budget compliance.

Coordinate resource allocation and resolve issues to enhance project execution efficiency.

Carbon Asset and Sustainability Project Execution

Conduct carbon inventory and carbon footprint projects in accordance with ISO , GHG Protocol, and ISO 14067 standards.

Support the implementation of SBTi emission reduction targets and ISO carbon neutrality strategies.

Assist enterprises in developing carbon reduction roadmaps and implementing decarbonization strategies.

Sustainable Real Estate Services

Support clients in participating in GRESB assessments and UL 2799 certification processes.

Provide comprehensive ESG strategy planning and sustainability report research and writing services (GRI, SASB, and other standards).

Comprehensive Sustainability Consulting

Provide professional consulting on net-zero transition, low-carbon strategies, and related sustainability topics.

Help clients improve performance on international ESG indicators (e.g., DJSI, CDP, EcoVadis).

Review sustainability reports to ensure compliance with regulations and market standards.

Department Collaboration and Innovation

Promote internal and external communication to ensure project integration and resource sharing.

Drive innovation in technology and methodology to enhance departmental competitiveness and professional influence.

Practical experience in sustainability development, carbon asset management, and relevant regulatory standards.

Strong team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
