Elim Investment Management is a North America-based, family office-backed investment management firm dedicated to delivering innovative commercial real estate solutions and strategic investment opportunities. With over 10 years of experience and a proven track record specializing in multifamily, build-to-rent, and student housing investment management, we empower our wealth management partners and their clients to achieve their financial goals with confidence.

We are seeking a
Business Development Director
, reporting directly to the Managing Director, to drive B2B business development and expand our market presence in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute B2B business development strategies across APAC regions.
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with institutional clients, family offices, wealth management firms, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships
  • Provide business forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure investor and partner satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • More than 10 years of experience in capital markets, private equity/credit, wealth / relationship management
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Established network and a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
