Elim Investment Management is a North America-based, family office-backed investment firm specializing in innovative, tax-efficient US real estate solutions tailored for Asia-based investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B business development with primary focus on Taiwan, extending across APAC.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional clients, family offices, wealth management firms, and key partners.
  • Design customized investment solutions to meet partner needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Deliver business forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Represent ELIM at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and sustained growth.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights; frequent travel in Taiwan and APAC required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience and established connections in wealth management, multi-family offices, financial advisory, or insurance brokerage sectors are a strong advantage.
  • Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, strategic, communication, and negotiation skills.
