About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Client and Solution Specialist to join our dynamic team in the crypto industry. This role focuses on delivering tailored digital asset solutions and wealth management strategies to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices. The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain-based investment opportunities, and be adept at presenting complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Sales team to onboard and develop strong relationships with UHNW clients and family offices, understanding their unique investment needs in the digital asset space.
- Provide in-depth presentations and consultations on a broad range of crypto products and solutions, including but not limited to staking, structured product, digital asset custody tokenized assets, and crypto lending.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and technological innovations in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem to provide timely insights and advice.
- Work with Sales and Key Account Coverage teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Deliver exceptional client service and act as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients and family offices.
- Collaborate closely with different BUs and product team to come up with tailor investment solutions that align with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
- Drive the growth of wealth related offerings (both product and infrastructure) in the Binance ecosystem and expand the exchanges coverage of clients in this segment
Requirements
- Experience: 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, preferably with exposure to digital assets or fintech.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of crypto products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently to sophisticated clients.
- Client Focus: Proven track record managing relationships with UHNW individuals and family offices.
- Communication: Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and client portfolios to recommend appropriate crypto investment strategies.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a flexible location setup, including remote work options.
