【Key Responsibilities】


• Manage day-to-day IT service delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and user satisfaction targets are met.


• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of IT equipment, networks, and systems.


• Drive process improvements, create and maintain SOPs, and implement new technologies.


• Oversee project budgets, vendor management, and procurement processes.


• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.


•Collaborate with local stakeholders and regional/global IT teams to align technology initiatives with business needs.


•Inventory management and support.

【Requirements】


•Minimum of 5 years experience; managing a single location or multiple locations with a small number of users (less than 500 users)


•Experience with networks, firewalls, and desktop computing/management technologies (like Fortinet, Palo Alto)


•Fluent in English, capable of basic correspondence with regional counterparts and engaging in meetings.


•Great Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to effectively engage with local leadership/stakeholders and global/regional IT leadership


•Exhibit skills in solving complex problems spanning multiple functions


•An individual who pays attention to details


•Ability to work under pressure and still meet regional/global goals and OKRs.
