HR COE
Design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Company compensation and benefits program, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits.
Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help to ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives, budgets, and HR vision.
Educate, mentor and train HR partners on processes and professional practices within compensation and benefits areas.
Resumes governance role HR tools, policies, and legislation
Support the identified consultants to creates (plans, designs, evaluates and administers) compensation & benefits programs, such as short-, mid- and long-term incentives, job evaluation system, merit review, business title policy and benefits plans (e.g., retirement, medical,); includes benchmarking activities to ensure market competitiveness.
CB personnel normally quiet and introverted, it's ok, if he/she able to communicate to others.
Partner closely with HR Head while giving expert advice toward people challenges from biz units and ensure the processes are maintained and compliant until the new system is in place.
[Qualifications]
1.Positive thinking, Solution oriented, can-do mindset, able to initiate/willing to contribute as a good team player.
5+ years of experience with core HR domains, including labor law know-how, payroll management (with 3rd party), performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
Good communication skills for sure is also important.
4.With multinational company exposure or working logics is a good plus.
