What you'll be doing:
Talent Acquisition:
- Provide end-to-end talent acquisition solutions and services across multiple business disciplines, with a strong focus on identifying and attracting top talent for the organization.
- Liaise with business departments to understand manpower needs and assist in developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies.
- Act as a business partner and talent acquisition advisor on behalf of HQ to address recruitment needs and challenges of regional offices.
- Serve as Plaza Premium Group's brand ambassador, promoting our employee value proposition to inspire and engage candidates.
- Support talent acquisition-related projects and initiatives, such as internship programs, employer branding, and process improvement.
- Administer talent acquisition metrics reports, including invoicing and cost-tracking.
- Participate in local and overseas recruitment programs and provide support for overseas hiring activities.
- Liaise with user departments on manpower needs and identify appropriate channels for talent identification.
Learning and Development:
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning and development needs and design programs that support employee growth and organizational goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
General HR Support:
- Act as a business partner between HQ HR and global offices on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Taiwan.
- Formulate, implement, and review HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's direction.
- Maintain timely and accurate employee data and prepare recruitment-related statistics for management analysis and review.
- Assist in handling various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives, conducting analysis and providing reports.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as required.
About you:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and learning development.
- Hands-on experience in data management and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with a strong analytical mind, initiative, and proactive approach.
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
