About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to lead the Human Resources function in Taiwan. This role will oversee all HR operations and team management within the region, acting as a key business partner to local leadership and ensuring alignment with the broader Greater China HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR team in Taiwan to deliver efficient and effective HR services across all functions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to support organizational goals, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining alignment with Greater China and global HR policies.
  • Support culture-building initiatives, employee engagement, and retention strategies to strengthen the company's employer brand in the region.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Greater China HR Head on regional projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience managing a local HR team and working within a multinational or matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
