Opportunity Overview
Teradyne's Global Human Resources team plays a pivotal role in shaping a dynamic people strategy that preserves the core values that define Teradyne, while continuously evolving to meet the future demands of our workforce.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Hsinchu and reporting to the Regional HR Director - APAC.
In this role, you will provide essential HR talent acquisition support across the company and be responsible for full cycle recruitment, including planning, intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Working closely with hiring managers to identify requirements and conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the efficiency of recruiting efforts.
- Performing end-to-end recruitment for Taiwan requisitions across business units in line with requirements.
- Devising and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential candidates and proactive in talent sourcing using different channels, such as 104, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other professional networks.
- Proactively communicate recruiting status and feedback to candidates and hiring teams and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Creating salary proposals and extending, negotiating offers with candidates, ensuring proper onboarding for new hires and the vital paperwork is processed promptly and accurately.
- Conducting new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and processes are followed and accurate.
- Ensuring the recruitment process is completed in an efficient and professional manner.
- Managing recruitment related reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function by providing analysis and recommendation in terms of reduced costs, improved efficiencies, quality and processes.
- Maintaining accurate and well-ordered documentation on full cycle recruitment process and other staffing administration functions.
- Ensuring Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities/tasks assigned.

- 5+ years recruitment experience in the high-tech industry
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within tight turn-around times
- Good at proactive candidates sourcing, capturing market insights
- Good command of English
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Bachelor' s in Human Resources or relevant field.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
