We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR & Admin (Sr.) specialist
to join our team, focusing on human resources operations
for overseas subsidiaries (US, Europe, & Singapore)
. This role involves payroll processing, project coordination, policy improvement, and administrative support, requiring strong communication skills and cross-cultural/functional collaboration. The ideal candidate for this role should be a reliable and detail-driven HR professional with experience in
payroll and HRIS
. He/she should be comfortable working across cultures and time zones, possess well-rounded communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Execute HR-related tasks including org. chart, data input in HRIS, payroll processing, expense reimbursement, attendance tracking, and report generation.
  2. Coordinate and implement HR projects and communications, such as annual budget, performance management cycle, and ESG reporting.
  3. Assist in the improvement and maintenance of HR policies and procedures for overseas subsidiaries.
  4. Manage and maintain overseas personnel records and documentation.
  5. Coordinate department meetings and administrative arrangements for the HR & Administration department.
  6. Reply to customers' inquiries in all aspects of HR operations.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

  10. 協助改善和維護海外子公司的人力資源政策和流程。

  11. 管理和維護海外人事記錄及文件。

  12. 協調人力資源及行政部門的會議及行政安排。

  13. 回覆客戶關於人力資源營運各個面向的諮詢。

  14. 完成上級安排的其他工作。

Expertise:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing is highly preferred.
  2. Experience with SAP or HRIS is a plus.
  3. Can-do attitude & a team player.
  4. Willing to take on challenges and learn new things.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural & cross-functional environment.
