In light of the rapidly growing consumer demand for T&G's apples in Asia, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence in Taiwan.

About The Opportunity
As Key Account Manager (Taiwan) you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships across the modern trade channel. You will leverage your expertise in sales and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth and ensure our brands thrive in the Taiwan market. This role reports to the Market Manager (Taiwan) and joins our newly established Taiwan office.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Execute the sales strategy for Taiwan in alignment with regional objectives in Asia.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and supply agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Support business planning and performance reviews with retail partners.
  • Drive retail projects including in-store activations to increase brand visibility and connect with consumers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and operations teams

About You

  • Proven experience in key account management within the FMCG or CPG sector
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan's retail landscape, with an established customer network
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a cross-functional, global team.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
