Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Key Account Manager
to lead strategic sales initiatives and manage key client relationships across multiple product categories and channels in Taiwan. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a customer-first mindset, and proven experience in account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Channel Performance
    Achieve assigned sales and channel spending targets across all categories, brands, and distribution channels in the Taiwan market.
  • Client Development & Market Penetration
    Conduct strategic analysis of key clients to identify growth opportunities, improve account penetration, and develop tailored engagement strategies.
  • Product Launch & Channel Strategy
    Collaborate with internal category and product teams to assess new product opportunities, build channel roadmaps, and execute listing and distribution plans.
  • Team & Forecast Management
    Ensure compliance with internal policies. Lead effective team deployment, challenge and consolidate forecasts, and integrate bottom-up feedback into planning processes.
  • Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, enhancing satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Operational Coordination
    Partner with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics and timely order fulfillment across all channels.
  • Additional Duties
    Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or channel sales
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex client relationships
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred
