品保資深工程師 / Quality Assurance Senior Engineer (台灣地區)

工作內容:

• 協助制定相關的 QA 規章及制度化作法
• 支援海外廠區品質系統文件管理
• 執行 QA 相關系統監控及管理作業
• 與各個廠區團隊進行任務溝通協調
• 與相關部門合作,執行並修正客訴改善報告
• 提供客戶品質問卷並維護相關紀錄
• 其他主管交辦事項

資格條件:

• 大學以上學歷
• 具備 3 年以上品保工程師相關經驗
• 熟悉品質保證、品質問題分析與解決、品質系統管理
• 具備良好的英文溝通能力、人際互動能力、簡報能力與客訴處理能力
• 具備多益750以上或同等英文檢定考試成績,曾在外商公司任職尤佳
• 具備協助海外子公司建立品質管理相關制度及規定經驗者優先考慮

工作地點:

• 桃園市,楊梅區 (幼獅工業區),本職位需於台灣辦公室工作,無提供遠端工作

Responsibilities:

• Support setting related QA regulations & rules for the alignment.
• Support overseas quality system and documentation management.
• Related QA monitoring items and works.
• Communicate with each local team for the QA tasks.
• Work with related departments to conduct and modify the customer complaint improvement reports.
• Provide customer quality questionnaires and maintain the records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Professional knowledge of quality assurance, quality problem analysis and solving, quality system management.
• Proficient in English of communication skills, good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, customer complain management skills.
• TOEIC score of 750 or above, or equivalent English proficiency test result. Prior experience working in a multinational or foreign company is a plus.
• Experience in assisting overseas subsidiaries in establishing quality management systems and related regulations is highly preferred.
• Strong initiative and excellent communication and coordination skills.
