社群媒體策略與執行 (LP IG Account Management & Performance)

  • 全面負責 L'Oréal Professionnel Instagram 官方帳號的內容策略、規劃、編輯與發布。深度了解社群趨勢與使用者行為,創造引人入勝且具品牌風格的內容,提升品牌影響力與用戶互動率。
  • 持續追蹤、分析與優化社群媒體成效,確保達成各項關鍵績效指標 (KPIs),包含但不限於觸及率、互動率、追蹤者成長。
  • 與內部團隊緊密合作,確保社群內容與品牌行銷、產品發布等策略一致。

品牌大使關係管理與活動協調 (Brand Ambassador Program & Event Coordination)

  • 負責 L'Oréal Professionnel 品牌大使的深度經營與維護,建立長期穩固的合作關係。
  • 策劃、組織並執行與品牌大使相關的多元活動,包含產品發布會、媒體曝光、內容共創等,確保品牌訊息能透過大使有效地傳遞。
  • 主動聯繫並協調品牌大使的社群媒體露出排程與內容,提升品牌在專業社群的影響力與聲量。
  • 統籌規劃並執行專教育包班課程,確保教育內容的品質與影響力。

國際教育專案統籌與溝通 (International Education Program & Communication Lead)(
需英文溝通)

  • 擔任國際教育資源的主要溝通窗口,負責與全球 L'Oréal Professionnel 教育團隊建立良好連結。
  • 規劃、協調並執行國際級外師課程與教育活動,包含課程內容審核、師資安排、場地協調與學員招募。

101 Academy
國際教育交流計畫管理 (101 Academy International Education Trip Management)

  • 主導 101 Academy 國際教育交流計畫,負責規劃與執行每年四次的國外團隊來台上課。
  • 從提案、行程安排、課程規劃、在地體驗,全面負責接待來自世界各地的學員,提供卓越的教育與文化交流體驗。

區域教育支援與在地合作 (Regional Education Support & Local Collaboration)

  • 積極支援北區夥伴沙龍的臨店教育活動,提供專業技術指導與產品知識培訓,確保品牌教育資源能有效地落地執行

  • 具美髮設計師現場操作經驗2-3年佳。
  • 有美髮技術講師經驗、有製作教案經驗佳。
  • 有社群操作經驗佳。
  • 需有基礎英文溝通能力。
