製程資深工程師 / Senior Process Engineer (限台灣地區)

工作內容:

• 與QA/PD團隊合作解決品質異常
• 產品規格制訂最優化的產品製造工藝,從而提高生產效率和產品品質
• 協助解決生產線上的製程問題,並盡力防止其再次發生
• 評估新設備的風險,進行測試,確保其能穩定運作
• 清洗流程控制與維護
• 研讀相關內外部文件、工程圖內容
• 製程SOP撰寫

資格條件:

• 大學以上學歷
• 具備3年半導體製程相關經驗
• 化學或材料工程相關科系

必要技能:

• 化學製程研發
• 生產程序改良與開發
• 製程相關技術開發
• 判讀化工相關製程圖

工作地點:

• 桃園市,楊梅區 (幼獅工業區),本職位需於台灣辦公室工作,無提供遠端工作

We are seeking a
Senior Process Engineer
to join our R&D team and drive innovation in manufacturing processes. If you have a strong background in chemical engineering or materials science and enjoy solving complex production challenges, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Co-work with QA/PD team for quality issue.
• Build up goods specification, optimize cleaning flow and improve efficiency, quality
• Assist PD team to solve process issue and provide prevention plan.
• Evaluate new equipment, pilot run and release for production.
• Parts cleaning control and daily maintain.
• Internal, external specification documentation and engineering drawing review.
• Process SOP documentation preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in semiconductor component cleaning processes.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing or equipment operations.
• Strong knowledge in chemical process development and improvement.
• Ability to interpret chemical process diagrams and technical documentation.

• Taoyuan City, Taiwan(On-site)
