Job Description

As a member of the sales team, the individual will facilitate the design-in and sales of Axiado's semiconductor products. He or she will be responsible for technical support regarding new and existing projects with ODM customers with the responsibility of developing and growing revenue at established strategic and new accounts. The position will require established relationships with ODMs, a solid understanding of the Axiado's product portfolio, the Axiado Expert design software and the ability to present the right solutions highlighting the Axiado's value proposition. The position also requires a deep understanding of the customers design requirements. The individual will report to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical lead and first point of contact for all ODM customer requests and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at key ODM accounts, specifically serving the OEM, Enterprise, Neoclouds and CSP end-customers
  • Develop and present technical presentations and discuss design solutions that meet the customer's requirements
  • Prepare (with FAE's inputs) technical solutions explaining Axiado's product features and benefits
  • Capture all commercial information including application, program name, volume, CM partner location and SOP
  • Manage customer forecast, prepare sales reports and territory updates
Qualifications
  • 15+ overall years driving strategic partnerships/alliances/Business development/sales at a startup technology company
  • Understanding of the cloud ecosystem (Servers, CSP/Datacenter, 5G base stations, and preferred products and technologies)
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or technical degree (preferred); MBA preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in technologies related to security domain, AI, advanced hardware, datacenter domains and next generation Internet technologies
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements, including interpreting legal documents and work with attorneys to complete agreements
  • A proven track record of growth

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Existing relationships with ODM accounts in both Taiwan and US.
  • Experience working with Cloud service providers, Data center/Infrastructure customers, worked at/with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Facebook infra, Oracle infra and other Tier 1, 2, 3 Cloud providers and with Nokia, Ericsson infrastructure groups as well as server OEM's Dell, HPE and Lenovo.
  • Evangelized  new product concepts with customers of ODMs and cloud service providers including Banking, Government, Military, Healthcare and Infrastructure CISOs and have reach and connections with them.
