Job's Mission

As an Director Account Management at ASM, you will be the key driver in building strong relationships with Taiwan regional customers and expanding ASM's market presence. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement to deliver business growth and ensure our products remain competitive in a fast-evolving semiconductor industry.

What you will be working on
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Taiwan regional customers, provide business forecasts, and maximize market share for ASM products.
  • Stay informed on product launches and share feedback with corporate teams to support product development aligned with customer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, proactively responding to changes to maintain ASM's competitive edge.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key opinion leaders to increase customer loyalty and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
What we are looking for
  • BS/BE degree or above.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales, account management, product management, or technical management in the semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan regional customers, including wafer, memory, and foundry.
  • Strong prioritization capability, self-motivated, and passionate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to engage across various organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven leadership, prioritization, and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
