By cooperating with HQ for digital(automation) projects and combined with business group product demand planning to formulate strategies, processes and KPI management, and digital transformation improves the overall business group supply chain efficiency and achieves annual revenue contribution.

Reporting of the role:

Report to business group SCM leader

Responsibilities of the role:

1.  Responsible for Embedded Design in Platforms demand management

2.  Assist in strategy formulation and process planning

3.  Use data analysis or technology to drive decisions

4.  Good communication and collaboration with cross-units

5. Lead team to complete project or task assigned by SCM leaders or executives.

Qualifications:

- Work experience: More than 5 years of work related to demand planning and at least 2~3 years in team management.

- Educational requirements: university, master's degree

- Department requirements: Industrial engineering related, business management related, statistics related

- Language requirements: English (listening: proficient, speaking: proficient, reading: proficient, writing: proficient)

- Good at tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERP (SAP is especially good)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Supply chain (digital) project experience

2. Production and sales process planning experience

3. Ability to organize and deconstruct complex problems

4. External horizontal (cross-unit) communication skills
