Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in following up business process improvement projects and streamline operation / system processes for efficiency.
  2. Assist in the analysis of group financial reporting, planning and forecast function, including data analysis, management reporting, annual budget and special reports assigned by Management.
  3. Oversee and manage group holding entities to ensure compliance in accounting, tax and local statutory requirements.
  4. Assist in the establishment and strengthen of the internal control system, formalize company policies and key contract review.
  5. Assist in financial/accounting activities related to the China market (e.g., tax compliance, cash flow management, consolidated reporting, etc.).

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related business fields; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in an accounting firm preferred.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, communication abilities, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  4. Familiar with MS software.
  5. Fluent in English.
