Key responsibilities & accountability:

  • Prepare regular financial dashboards, management reports and provide commentary based on business and data analysis for regular management meetings.
  • Perform financial analysis to support key business activities, e.g., new product launch pricing and P&L simulation, promotion effectiveness and ROI analysis, other ad-hoc management's request.
  • Working closely with management team and cross function stakeholders as finance business partner.
  • Actively participate in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc business/ strategic planning process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Familiar with FMCG industry business operations
  • Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Fluency in English written and spoken skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze and interpretate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
