Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to join the HQ Finance Department
located in Taipei
. You will support efficient cost management, cost optimization, monthly cost closing, and financial performance tracking of our European subsidiaries following recent strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial and operational compliance of overseas subsidiaries in Turkey and Portugal.
  • Perform cost comparison and variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
  • Complete routine cost settlements and prepare detailed cost analysis and reporting packages.
  • Monitor material market trends and cost-influencing factors; provide timely feedback to reflect cost impacts and support product pricing decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver management analysis reports as essential references for executive decision-making.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects and special initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cost management, FP&A, or financial/business analysis (experience in multinational corporations or manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
