The position will be responsible for leading the company's financial and compliance readiness for a U.S. IPO. This role is highly focused on SEC filings, investor communication, and capital market positioning, ensuring the company meets all requirements to become a successful U.S.-listed company.

Key Responsibilities

1.IPO Filing& Compliance

  • Lead the preparation of SEC filings (S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC standards.
  • Partner with auditors, investment banks, and legal counsel to support due diligence and listing requirements.
  • Establish internal control and SOX compliance frameworks aligned with IPO standards.

2.Investor Communication

  • Develop and articulate the company's equity story and valuation narrative for the capital markets.
  • Lead the preparation of financial presentations for IPO roadshows and investor Q&A.
  • Act as the financial spokesperson with investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

3.Capital Market Readiness

  • Advise the CEO and Board on U.S. market expectations, investor sentiment, and valuation drivers.
  • Monitor peer companies and industry benchmarks to support IPO positioning.
  • Ensure ongoing readiness for life as a public company, including quarterly reporting and disclosure standards.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field: MBS/CPA/CFA preferred.

2.10+years of finance or capital market experience, with direct involvement in U.S. IPO preparation.

3.Deep understanding of SEC filing process, U.S. GAAP, and SOX compliance.

4.Proven track record in investor communication and roadshow preparation.

5.Strong communication and presentation skills: bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred.
