Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Office supplies management : manage stationery cabinet, copy paper, pantry supplies, and printing materials; perform monthly inventory checks and restock as needed.
  • Coffee and pantry supplies : weekly inventory, restocking, and coordination of annual contracts.
  • Cleaning supplies and consumables : monitor usage, maintain adequate stock, and ensure hygiene compliance.
  • Magazine management : select and track subscriptions, organize distribution
  • Daily office administration support : assist with general admin tasks, coordinate operations, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Qualifications:
  • Education: College graduate or above.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Language skills: TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
  • Personal attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to assist others.
  • Additional knowledge: Familiarity with general office facilities is a plus.
