Role Summary

As part of the IT Operations team, you'll support the day-to-day management of computer and peripheral assets across offices.
You'll ensure every team member has the right tools to work efficiently — maintaining accurate inventory, supporting hardware allocation, and coordinating device lifecycle processes.
This role requires precision, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset to keep our systems running smoothly and securely.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the company's IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripheralsSupport new hire setup: device preparation, software installation, and account provisioning (Windows/macOS/Google Workspace)Handle hardware allocation, replacement, repair, and retirement processesManage software license tracking and ensure compliance with company policiesProvide first-line IT support for daily technical issues (network, VPN, printer, etc.)Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for procurement and maintenanceAssist in regular audits and reporting of asset utilization and lifecycle statusRequirementFamiliar with Windows and macOS system setup and troubleshootingBasic knowledge of computer hardware and maintenanceExperience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar productivity toolsGood organizational skills with attention to detailStrong communication and problem-solving abilityService-minded attitude and willingness to learnPreferred QualificationsExperience with IT asset management systems (e.g., Lansweeper, JAMF, or Intune)Knowledge of information security and user access controlPrevious experience in internal IT support or helpdesk rolesProactive, responsible, and able to work independentlyBenefits International work environment and collaboration with global development teamsExcellent work conditionsCompetitive package: great pay, perks, and benefitsGroup insurance and health coverageFlexible working hours and patternsComplimentary drinks and snacks at the office
