Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct resume screening and arrange interview invitations.
  • Assist in the execution of recruitment and HRIS projects.
  • Provide support for major recruitment and talent acquisition events.
  • Manage recruitment channels, maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Handle other HR administrative tasks and duties assigned by supervisors.
  • Experience with job bank recruitment systems is a plus
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Detail-oriented, fast-paced, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Basic English conversational skills.
